| Cancellation & Returns | 1. Customer-initiated Cancellation
You may cancel without charge until the pickup courier approaches within a certain distance after matching. Cancellation after the courier approaches within that distance will incur our prescribed cancellation fee.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the service, returns or exchanges after washing (excluding re-finishing) are not accepted. In case of quality issues or problems, we will respond in accordance with the Terms of Service.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel for the following month by completing the procedure by the date specified in the Terms of Service. |
